Auto-Calls are prerecorded telephone messages that provide information about political candidates or urge voters to go to the polls.

The candidate themselves can record them, or anyone associated with the candidate can record a message.

2) The length of time of the message itself.
3) Where the data for the voter phone numbers comes from.  If the candidate did not have the needed phone numbers from a voter list, a charge for acquiring that data is part of the pricing of the call.
